I brought my vehicle in on Monday, February 24, due to a black screen issue with my infotainment system. After three days at your service center, I picked it up on February 25, and the system was functioning again. However, on Saturday, March 1, the screen went black once more. As a single mom with two children, I heavily rely on my car and need it to be fully functional. I kindly ask for your help in properly diagnosing the issue and providing an estimate for replacing the infotainment system, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Constant price changes: Salesperson repeatedly changes the price during negotiations, making it difficult to reach a final agreement. Pressure tactics: Aggressive sales techniques like guilt-tripping about credit union deals. Offering a significantly lower value for your trade-in car than what you researched online. Ignoring customer concerns: Disregarding your questions about the car's history, condition, or features. Refusing to budge on the price even when you present a reasonable offer.

Give Desi Tate a raise. He does an "Excellent Job." His added value to your company is because he is able to make customers like me feel that he has "our interest" at heart. Mediocre… When I arrived for my appointment there were no service advisors to check me in and Had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in. After that it took 2+ hours for my appointment made oil change. Last time was faster but they left oil stains on the valve cover and dashboard. Still did not address my last concern.

Your new 3% credit card processing fee is unacceptable. My last three repairs have over your $1500 limit for checks and my debit card limit is $1500 as well. This policy makes it difficult to do business with Keras. I will have to look elsewhere for future repairs. But the staff is friendly and they got the repair done correctly.

I brought my 2017 2ss Camaro in for an oil and filter change. While I was there, I had your team look up the cars VIN for any recalls since the car was recently purchased for my wife. The car showed a recall on the power steering assembly. I scheduled an appointment for the power steering assembly to be repaired/replaced. The car was dropped off. Two days later my wife and I get a call that our car was ready. We get there and was told that everything was good to go. My wife gets in the Camaro, and I start to follow her. Two blocks down the road and my phone rings. It's my wife telling me something is not right with the steering. We pull over into a parking lot so I could see what she is talking about. Well, when I get in the car and grab the steering wheel, I could immediately feel that there is way too much slack in the steering. We head back to the Chevrolet dealership. Of course, by this time our service agent and the technician are gone to lunch. My wife and I sit there for almost 3 hours before we were told the car was ready (again). The waiting on the car wasn't really an issue. The issue was that a Bolt and Nut on the power steering assembly was not tightened up or missing. How can a tech state the car is ready when the bolts aren't tight? They did however replace the oil and filter properly.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the oversight with the power steering repair and the inconvenience it caused you and your wife. A missed step like that is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating and concerning it must have been—especially after being told the vehicle was ready. We appreciate you bringing the Camaro back right away and allowing us the opportunity to make it right. While we’re glad the oil and filter service was completed properly, that doesn’t excuse the error on the steering repair. We are reviewing this situation with our team to ensure proper procedures are reinforced and mistakes like this are prevented in the future.

Found the vehicle online and submitted an inquiry. The next morning received a call and setup an appointment to see the car. Once arrived, was partnered with Roberto who took care of us from start to finish. He even turned on Bluey on his computer for my 3 year old daughter during the finance calculation process. My only constructive feedback would be the amenities inside the dealership. It appeared the AC was out on the showroom floor and there were limited beverages and no light snacks available. When spending $70,000+ for a new vehicle, I would expect a better customer experience during the waiting process.

My salesman Roberto was great nick the sales manager not so much so at first he told me pnc took the loan at 6.7 I said GM Financial had sent me a email saying they would like me to go with them at 6.2 so I told nick what was sent he said let him check that he would call me back and he called me back about 15 minutes later and said GM took the loan at 6.2 when we came in to sign he had it back with pnc at 6.7 said no deal wasn’t what we talked about then he came back an said his bad an I asked again 6.2 with GM an he nick said yes got in finance office again it was back with pnc said no deal they got nick back in there an then he tried telling me I missed understood what he was saying the way I’m feeling right now he only did what he had to do to get me back in there to get me to take delivery sorta wishing I would’ve left now I’ve got a new truck with problems that was supposed to be picked up by my salesman and fixed on Tuesday got a call saying the service department was behind because of holiday weekend and they would get it Wednesday totally understood that an now here it is Wednesday no call no show this has left a really bad impression on me from this dealership in my honest opinion Jim keras is only wanting to sell an not worry about customer service all in all not to happy

Took my 2019 corvette w/5000 miles in service. The problem was the air conditioner was not cooling.There was no noise coming from the compressor period. After approximately an hour, I received a call from the (sa) Tate with a repair cost of $4500. I was informed that the leak was coming from a LINE and that the compressor needed to be repaced. I asked the tech why are we replacing the compressor, and in most cases the line is replaced, the system is vacuum down and the refrigerant added. He hesitated, but never provided an explanation as to why I needed a compressor. He NEVER mention any noise coming from the compressor.Jason informed me to replace the line would be apprx. $2500. I advised him that I wanted to get a second opinion, and to put my vehicle back together and I would be in shortly to pick it up. Upon arrival when I cranked the vehicle up I immediately heard noise coming from the compressor. I immediately informed Mr. Tate (sa) of my findings and he suggested I speak with Bobby Frailey (sm) whom was not there. I have left several messages for him to call me back, but as of this date no response. I know what he did to cover that 2nd opinion and I feel sorry for him. I am just glad he did not damage the engine, or key the vehicle. I know your response is that my employee would not do that yeah right.

I routinely bring my car to Jim Keras Chevrolet on Covington Pike Rd. for routine maintenance & service. I was very disappointed that Acdelco 44K fuel system cleaner was added during my oil change, without my permission. The service advisor noted that the manufacturer's current recommendation is to add the system cleaner at each oil change. The customer should always be consulted before any additional service is done. Upon my request, the service advisor immediately removed the charge from my invoice.

When I purchased the truck, it was late, and the cleanup crew had already left for the day. My sales associate stated that I could get a cleanup with my first service. When creating the appointment, the clerk indicated that I would have to get with my salesperson to schedule. Sounds petty but this should have been honored.

I'm very disappointed about my experience there. I'm not sure what's happening there but for the last year we have been getting bad service. Also I carried my car back on Friday August 1st and they damaged my car and I was only getting an oil change. The tech left the C-clap stuck between my hood and my headlights and ot broke my light and damaged the hood. I didn't see this until I got home and the C clap were sticking out the hood!

Brought my Silverado in due to check engine light. Had to leave my vehicle for several days, and the service technician was not able to reset the check engine light due to the fact that an out of market bumper was installed. Because of this I had to return to installer of bumper and allow them to reset it.The only thing the installer did was plug the motor to the louvers back in (that the dealer unplugged) and reset the light. Very frustrating that I had to pay the fee for Jim Kerras to tell me their service techs couldn’t fix yet the bumper installer was able to simply reset it. The service rep had even indicated that two different techs had even looked at it. When the vehicle was picked up at dealer the check engine light was still on. Most of my service visits with Jim Kerras have been excellent, but this time was disappointing.

At first, the dealership had lost the keys in my car. They were only focused on one thing when it was several things wrong with my car the overall problem of my car not starting was fixed, but they never put it on the diagnostic to see what was actually wrong with my car so I was kind of disappointed that they only focus on one thing and then I feel like they overcharged me. My part was $300. The labor they charge me was $1100 to put in a part that took a couple of hours 1100 for labor is outrageous.

My experience with Chevrolet was great with communicating with service providers while my truck was at the dealership. I was satisfied until I noticed that my truck side step cover was missing. I was not told that it was missing until driving hone and returning back to the dealership. I was told by Daniel that it happened after my truck was washed. I was also told that a covering for the side step will be ordered. I am waiting to hear from the dealership .

Your salesman did not fix my truck correctly the last time I brought it in. They rotated my tires and did not adjust the tire sensor back. So, now I do not know which tire is actually low. However, they suggested that I buy new tires. I have only had my truck a year. I only drive from home to work. It is suggested that I change tires within 3-5 years or 50,000 miles. I am at neither. When I brought my truck in recently for a steering assist warning, of course the salesman Desi said they could not do anything until I purchased 2 tires and got an alignment. I thinks its highly disappointing at the lack of professionalism at this location. Because I am a woman, I am expected to believe anything and get ripped off. I will never bring my truck here again. I have given them 3 chances to do the right thing. Your salesman have no integrity.

I have brought my vehicle in 3 times for the same diagnosis and I am fixing the issue of the diagnosis only to be charged very high fees and the same thing is continuing to happen. The other day I was told now it’s something else and it will cost $1400. Plus to get the diagnosis fixed. This is terrible and very frustrating.

I received excellent service. I was not able to schedule an appointment, so I was told to drop it off in the morning. I was told from a previous appointment first my oil change that I soon will need rear brakes... so I waited a couple weeks went back in to have rear brakes changed to find out the rear brakes were find but I needed front brakes and the rotors had wore down metal to metal. I dont understand how that happen why the service shop tell me rear when the front was in bad need of changing

The issue was clearly communicated and addressed in a timely manner. The problem was a faulty temperature sensor and thermostat. It was inconvenient being without a vehicle for 2 days but I expected that. However, 2 days out from the repair I have a coolant leak that I haven't had a chance to locate yet, so I'm not sure of the cause.

Steve H (service advisor) was friendly and got me checked in promptly. The service was done properly, but several oil drips were evident on my C8 engine cowling--a little more care would be appreciated. The service invoice indicates that a multi-point vehicle inspection was completed, yet no specifics were provided or included with the invoice. Keras charges a fee for using a credit card as payment. I believe that Keras makes a sufficient profit on auto service, and should NOT charge this fee, as it makes expensive auto service even more so!

That’s not the level of thoroughness we aim for. Regarding the credit card fee, we understand your concern. I came in because my oil light was on saying it was low. There was no leaking oil in the place I parked. I had the oil changed in July on a Tuesday and was back on Thursday because my check engine light was on and when I got there they did a test on it and said it was sucking air and then they were looking under the hood. They found when the oil was changed the cap was not put on. I wasted gas , my time to come back and get the problem solved. When I was there last week, asked if was possible that the correct amount of oil was put in. I was told that it was done on a machine based on my truck size. But wss told that there was some customers that had the same problem and there could have been a problem with the calculation. I had to buy a quart of oil before I could bring the truck in. I had to have another quart in and said that it was 2 quarts low. I have had my truck for 9 years and never had this problem before now.

I brought my 22 ZL1 Camaro in for a battery replacement because I noticed the battery was behind the trunk panel and there was a special fastener holding it on. I didn’t want to tear it up so I decided to take it to the certified technicians. The technicians pulled the panel around the fastener instead of removing fastener and doing it correctly. Now the panel is damaged and it still isn’t on. They tried to pull it over the fastener and just left it half on tore up. I am very upset about this. Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We're truly sorry to hear that your vehicle began overheating after your recent service. We know how frustrating and stressful that can be, especially so soon after a major repair. Please know that we take situations like this very seriously. When you brought your Trax back in, our technicians re-inspected everything involved in the turbocharger replacement. They verified that all coolant lines, sensors, and components associated with the repair were properly installed and secured, and that the system had been pressure-tested and bled correctly. During the second inspection, we performed another pressure test and found that the water pump is leaking coolant. The water pump was not part of the original repair and was not disturbed during the turbocharger replacement, but unfortunately it has failed at the same time; which understandably makes the timing feel connected.

I purchased a new Tahoe in 2022 from Jim Keras and it’s been in the shop 5 times since May of 2025 and it’s still not fixed. It only has 22,000 miles on it and my 3 year warranty will be up on December 22, 2025. I understand that the problem is intermittent which makes it hard to diagnose but I feel I need a solution to this problem that’s out of my control before my warranty runs out.

I had researched many tricks, but your dealership had one I was interested in and I wanted to drive it. So I swung by. I spoke to Ethan Hensley who was polite and helpful to get me into the vehicle for a drive. He explained the features of the truck in good detail prior to leaving the lot. Ethan is very personable and helpful. The sales manager Mike also came to greet me and worked some preliminary #’s for me to chew on. I was not pressured in anyway but was also accommodated to the fullest extent possible. I left that day but returned the subsequent day to purchase the truck. I worked through Ethan via phone and email early in the morning g and told the dealership I would be coming. They re-ran #’s for me because the situation changed marginally. I got my insurance and a few pieces of documentation for Ethan, required for registration and finance. I came to the lot and Ethan had the truck ready to go. We signed some documents, went to finance signed some more documents and were out of there in a reasonable amount of time. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I would definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle through Jim keras.

Dealer Service Center notified me that parts had been received for recall on the block heater in my truck. I dropped my truck off for repair Monday afternoon about 1:00. I returned 2 days later - Wednesday about 3:30. My truck was parked in the lot and had not been brought in the shop for the repair. I was asked to wait for about 1.5 hours while they drove it into the shop to service the recall. This was a total inconvenience as I had made special arrangements for drop off and pick up. This type of service is unacceptable!

I was to have step assist installed on my 2026 Traverse and it took 4 weeks to get them in with no communication from your team. I actually had to drive 50+ miles to have a face to face conversation with a manager then all of a sudden they were in in 2 days. Service Tech Steve Hutchinson couldn't have been better. I had 4 new tires installed, oil change and alignment. Approx.$2700.00 My Right Front tire had 85PSI in it when I got home. The only reason this review is not 3 stars or less is my account coordinator Daniel. I made an appointment and dropped my car of for AC issues and an oil change on Dec 26, 2025- knowing that there was a holiday coming and that they could work on my car when mechanics were available. Daniel advised that he was going to be out of the office and I would have another coordinator handling my repairs while he was out. I did not receive ANY correspondence, updates or calls while Daniel was away, despite several calls to the service department and voicemails left for Steve in the service department. On January 12, I called repeatedly to get an update on my car repairs and was continuously told that no one knew what was going on and that someone would call me back. This call did not happen until I called the dealership to get any manager on the phone. There had been no work started on my car from Dec 26-Jan 12. While I understand car repair is not a quick endeavor, a simple call to confirm status would have been greatly appreciated. Once Daniel returned to the office, he was able to update my car status promptly and the project was completed. I am not sure why no one else could see the progress/status of my repairs, and maybe this process should be evaluated. Only my faith in Daniel's ability to advocate for me as a client will justify me returning to Jim Keras Chevrolet.

Good visit. Made an online appointment for oil change/tire rotation and was in and out in about an hour. But my previous visit was not as good. Brought in due to multiple caution lights on. Weird messages such as transmission would stop shifting soon, steering assist reduced, service trailer brake system. The brakes were not working well. Ending up replacing master cylinder. But took about 10 days to get my vehicle back. Luckily it was still under warranty.

However, we would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your previous visit. Dealing with multiple warning lights and braking issues is certainly stressful, and a 10-day turnaround is longer than we aim for, even for a complex repair like a master cylinder replacement. We appreciate your patience while we ensured your Silverado 1500 was safe and fully repaired under warranty.

I had to file a warranty claim for a missing FOB and Key. The dealership had the FOB but the key had to be ordered and cut. Service writer was very informative and helpful.
